Evon S. Zawodny
A service will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday, Nov. 8, 2006, in Wapato Valley Church in Gaston for Evon S. Zawodny, who died Nov. 2 at age 44.
Evon Beck was born July 10, 1962, in Garden Grove, Calif., and graduated from high school in Hood River. She later lived in Rossford, Ohio, before moving to Odell in 1986. She was an office manager and tax preparer for H&R Block in Forest Grove, where she moved in 1997. She served on several school committees, including for Neil Armstrong Middle School and Forest Grove High School. In 1986, she married Mark J.
Survivors include her husband; sons, Robert J. and Timothy M.; father, Walter Beck; mother, Ann McDonald; brothers, Wayne Beck and Quint Beck; and sisters, Marial Sanders, Audrey Wolf and Tonee Peart. Remembrances to the OHSU Cancer Institute.
