WALKER, Edith C. (Age 95) Passed away July 7, 2006; was born near Adrian, MO on July 25, 1910 to James H. McCurdy and Maggie Hicks McCurdy. She moved to Iowa as a child. Edith married Quentin R. Walker on May 11, 1929. They moved to Seattle, then Spokane in 1942. They were married for 51 years, he passed away in 1980. She was employed by the Crescent Dept. Store for 23 years. She was a member of the Martha Chapter and Material Aid at Westminster Congregational Church and Sacred Heart Medical Center Service League. She is survived by her son Quentin D. (Rita) Walker and daughter Barbara J. (Vince) Trapp; four grandchildren; three great grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews. She was a 64 year resident of Spokane.
