A memorial service will be at 10:30 a.m. Saturday, March 6, 2004, in Zion Lutheran Church in Oregon City for Elaine Williams, who died Jan. 28 at age 73.
Elaine Kerbs was born July 5, 1930, in Oregon City. She later lived in Lake Oswego, Beaverton, Milwaukie and Mt. Angel. She graduated from Marylhurst University. She was an artist who exhibited in the state capitol as part of the Arts in Oregon Council's 1989 Celebration of the Arts. In 1962, she married Don; they divorced.
Survivors include her sons, Reed Grier and Randall Grier; sister, Nancy Combs; two grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.
