Sue Evelyn Wright
Sue Evelyn Wright, age 77, of Marysville, died May 19, 2002.
She was born August 6, 1924 in Miami, AZ to Morris and Gladys (York) Ellis. Sue and her husband Thomas Wright owned and operated Wright's Grocery and Motel. She was an avid golfer and was very active in the Women's Golf Club at Cedarcrest Golf Course.
She is survived by husband of 59 years, Tom; son, William and wife Elizabeth Wright of Snohomish; daughter, Gail and husband Les Pugh of Everett; brother Dick Ellis of Alaska; sister Janelle Nimitz of Silverdale; grandchildren Scott Pugh, Marti Burdett, Thomas Wright, Cindy Kiefert; and five great-grandchildren.
A time of visitation will be held on Wednesday, May 22, 2002 from 4:00 to 8:00pm at Schaefer-Shipman Funeral Home. A funeral service will be held on Thursday, May 23, 2002 at 1:00pm at Schaefer-Shipman Funeral Home. Burial will follow at Marysville Cemetery.
Memorial contributions may be given to the charity of your choice.
