Jessie Mae Warns
A Mass of Christian burial will be at 2 p.m. Monday, March 12, 2001, in St. Henry Catholic Church in Gresham for Jessie Mae Warns, who died March 7 at age 84. Recitation of the rosary will be at 7 p.m. Sunday, March 11, in Mt. Scott Funeral Home. Mrs. Warns was born April 1, 1916, in Tucson, Ariz. Her maiden name was Apodaca. She was a homemaker who moved to Portland from Bellevue, Wash., in 1996. In 1945, she married Thomas Warns; he died in 1986.
Survivors include her sons, Michael and Charles; daughter, Susan Hauder; brother, Tony Apodaca; sister, Mary Ellen Meslo; and one grandchild.
Interment in Willamette National Cemetery.
