Gisela Thompson 

A funeral will be at 11 a.m. Friday, May 26, 2006, in
Finley's Sunset Hills Mortuary for Gisela "Gigi"
Thompson, who died May 21 at age 73. 

Gisela Podobrin was born Aug. 22, 1932, in Berlin. In
1962, she immigrated to Portland, where she was a
homemaker. In 1957, she married Rudolph Westphal; they
divorced. She married James Thompson in 1971; he died
in 1987. 

Survivors include her son, Ed Westphal; and two
grandchildren.
