Evelyn O. Tipton
A funeral will be at 1 p.m. Wednesday, Jan. 25, 2006, in Finley's Sunset Hills Mortuary for Evelyn O. Tipton, who died Jan. 17 at age 80.
Evelyn Ballance was born May 3, 1925, in Winona, Mo., where she was raised. She was a homemaker who moved to Estacada in 1957, where she lived for 40 years, and more recently returned to Winona. In 1949, she married Olin M.
Survivors include her husband; and sisters, Ruby Toms, Sylvia Post and Darlene Hanson.
