Margaret Ellen Thomas 

Margaret Thomas, 68, of Lake Forest Park, WA, died on March 12, 2004.

Margaret was born on July 12, 1935 in Spring Hill, TN. She grew up in Tennessee with 
her brothers Bill and Edgar, her sisters Nina, Dorothy and Jean and her parents 
Pleasant and Grace Poe. After moving to the Seattle area in 1955 she married William 
B. Thomas in 1956. Margaret enjoyed being with friends, bowling, painting and 
gardening. She had a love for all animals and her special interest in raising chickens is 
now shared by her granddaughter, Lindsay Thomas. She will be remembered most for 
the closeness of her relationship with her husband of 48 years and the love and 
devotion that they shared.

She is survived by her husband; two children, Charles Thomas and B. Darlene Davis; 
and two sisters, Nina Moore and Jean Poe.

A Memorial Service will be held at Floral Hills in Lynnwood on Thursday March 18th at 
2:00pm.
