| amela Sue Turnbow (Pam) Pam was born Dec. 12, 1956, in Yuma, AZ, to James and Beverly Turnbow and passed away April 30, 1997, in Tacoma after a long battle with Alpha 1-Antitrypsin Deficiency. Pam graduated from Mt. Tahoma H.S. in 1975. Leaving behind parents, James and Beverly Turnbow of Tacoma; sisters, Shirley Toland (Arnie) of Tacoma and Louise Turnbow of Graham; 2 very special people to her, niece, Scotti Ann Toland and nephew, Wayne Toland of Tacoma; grandmother, Corilla Turnbow of TX; aunts, Opal Floberg (Rich), Barbara Eisler, Elaine Niemann of Tacoma, Marjorie Summerfelt of AZ, Joy Harmon (Harrel), Patsy Odom (Glenn), Ruth Peck (Ron), Beckie Cummings (David) of TX; uncles, Chuck Niemann (Joyce) of Key Center, Jim Okonek of Shelton, Justin Turnbow (Rickie), Gerald Turnbow (Marilyn) of TX, Doris Turnbow (Erma) of AZ; many cousins in Washington, Oregon, Arizona, California and Texas, and many friends. She was preceded in death by grandparents, Edward and Dora Niemann of Vaughn, Edgar Turnbow of TX; uncles, Victor Niemann of Tacoma, Henry, Jack and Benjamin Niemann, all of Vaughn, William Turnbow of AZ; aunts, Augusta (Babe) Okonek of Shelton and cousins, Cheryl Niemann of Key Center and Darrel Odom of TX. Pam's interests included hard work, softball, baseball, fishing, photography, collectables, freebees, UPC's, coupons, music and her many friends. Visitation will be Sun., May 4 from 11 a.m.-5 p.m. at the Tacoma Funeral Home. Funeral services Mon., May 5, 1997 at 3 p.m. in the Chambers Creek Chapel located at New Tacoma Cemetery.
