Rheba Annette Sargent We lost our mother on February 17, 2007 in her winter home of Yuma, Arizona. She was born on May 16, 1937 in Brawley, California and raised in Soper, Oklahoma. Mom spent the summer months at Port Susan and winter time in Yuma where she leaves behind her husband Jack and many friends. She was preceded in death by her infant daughter, Betty Ann; and her oldest son, Robert Dean Phipps. Rheba is survived by twin sons, Glenn (Lynne) Phipps of Marysville, Ken (Amy) Phipps of Seattle; grandchildren, Nichole (Jason), Justin, Jessica, Erika, Laura and Ian; one great grandchild, Taylor Ann; sisters, Shirley (Keith) Marsh and Karla Blankenship; brothers, Charles (Betty) Blankenship and Larry. Mom's final resting place is the place she loved most - Hawaii. Published in The Herald (Everett) on 3/18/2007.
