Ethel Robbins, born August 4, 1932 in Bakersfield, MO, passed away July 13, 1999 in Tacoma, WA.Survivors include husband Thomas M. Robbins, daughter Pamela Fote, son Thomas B. Robbins; grandchildren Christopher Robbins, Joseph E. Fote Jr., Kimberly A. Fote; great-grandson Tyler A. Robbins; brother Frank Atkinson.
