Owen Herbert RAWSTHORNE Owen Rawsthorne full time traveler formerly of Bothell WA. died March 13, 2002 in Nogales Arizona. He was 74. He was born in Globe Arizona July 24, 1927. He graduated from Santa Barbara H.S. & the University of Washington. He was a Traffic & Planning engineer for the State of WA. & King County. He was married for 42 years to Ruth and after her death in 1997 he became a full time traveler. He was a lifetime member of the Ballard Elks, and a member of the Eagles. He was a "ParTee" golfer and the best Papa to his two grandchildren. We were not ready to let him go & he will be greatly missed. (You got your way mom). Survivors include his children, Richard Rawsthorne & his wife Muriel of Bothell, Susan Peterson & her husband Randy of Kenmore, grandchildren Jana & Evan, two sisters Alene Congdon & husband Frank, Alice Douglas & their families.
