Margaret D. RANEY 

Age 87, died Wednesday, November 1, 2000. She was preceded in death by her husband, Walter 
A. Raney and daughter, Margaret D. Bugge. She is survived by her son Frederic (Susan), daughter 
Sharyn Ferran (Rene) and 10 grand children. Margaret was a graduate of the University of 
Washington, earning her Masters Degree in His tory. She was a member of Gama Phi Beta, and she 
taught and counseled in the Highline School District for over 20 years. Funeral Mass will be held 
on Friday, November 3, 2000, 4 p.m. at Providence Mount st. Vincent in West Seattle.
