Castromo Lamond PRESTON, Jr. July 17, 1969 ~ January 20, 2008 Cass was called home by our Lord on January 20, 2008. He left a loving and devoted wife, Susan, two beautiful children, Olivia and Castromo III, both parents, Castromo and Rosina Preston, who have lost part of their heart, a deeply saddened sister, Karinka Copeland (Greg), and a host of nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends, that will walk forward with a hole in their lives. He was born in Tucson, AZ on July 17, 1969. He attended Eastern Arizona College in Arizona, where he was one of the premier basketball players. He soon was recognized by Seattle University and was offered an athletic scholarship. This is where he met and married his wife, Susan. He went on to attend and graduate law school at Seattle University. During his career, Cass worked in various positions. Cass's most recent position was an in-house attorney for Safeco. Cass built a beautiful home for his family whom he deeply loved. He enjoyed playing golf, basketball, and soccer. He loved spending at the beach on Vashon, running around with the kids, fishing, crabbing, and boating. Cass enjoyed every adventure that life would put before him. His humor, his love, and his joy will leave the world much brighter for those who were gifted to share his life. He left us peacefully knowing he will live on in the hearts of all he touched. The Funeral Mass will be held at Sacred Heart Church, 9460 NE 14th Street, Bellevue on Friday, January 25th at 12 o'clock. Reception following.
