Frank W. PUGEL Age 90, passed away at his son's home in Olympia on Wed., April 19th. Frank was born in Black Diamond. He moved to Seattle as a young boy. He began selling newspapers in Downtown Seattle as a boy during the Depression era. In 1934 he began selling programs and vending at various sporting events around Seattle, continuing until 1990. In addition, Frank worked as a truck driver for U.P.S. for 30 years and was a member of Teamsters Local 174 since 1941. He was preceded in death by his wife of 50 years, Ella. He is survived by his sons, Tony Pugel and John Pugel, daughter-in-law, Rebecca, grandchildren, Caryn, Charles, Aaron (Nicole) and Joline, a great grandson, Isaac and his sister, Mary Fattorini.
