David W. Peach David W. Peach was born March 16, 1953 in Puyallup, Washington. He was killed in a highway accident near Boston Bar in British Columbia, Canada, on January 9, 2002. David was a devoted husband, father, son and brother, whose family always came first. David graduated from Puyallup High School and then Central Washington University. He was em- ployed at Cimco Sales and Marketing. He and his friend, Jeff Cutting, built this business from the ground up, starting in 1986. The business prospered, Dave loved his job, was proud of the company, and found great satisfaction in helping create prosperity for Cimco#s staff. He was traveling on business at the time of the accident that claimed his life. Dave was a charter member of Light of the Hill United Methodist Church. He served in many capacities, most notably as Finance Chair- man and Staff/Parish Chairman. He took his responsibilities seriously and was always dependable. Dave was extremely proud of his sons, Matthew and Daniel. His great joy was to see both of them graduate from college and begin their lives. He liked to play golf with them and just spend time with them. He also enjoyed boating and traveling. David and his wife, Cheryl, were married for 28 years. They were enjoying their time together after having raised their children. One of the great joys of their lives was to see their son Matt marry Amy Sutter in 1999. Dave and Cheryl looked forward to the joys of grand- parenthood in the future. Survivors include David#s wife of 28 years, Cheryl, his sons Matthew (Amy) and Daniel. He is also survived by his parents, Sam and Winifred Peach, his sister, Kathi (Rod) Cassidy, and brother, Allan. Other survivors are his sisters- and brothers-in-law, who loved him like a brother, several aunts and un- cles and many nieces and nephews. David also left many friends and business associates who loved and respected him highly. David#s memory will be honored on Saturday, January 19 at 11 a.m. at the Puyallup United Methodist Church, 1919 West Pioneer Ave- nue, Puyallup.
