Jerome R. Picard 

Jerome R. Picard died April 25, 2002, at age 86. 

Mr. Picard was born Dec. 27, 1915, in St. Paul, Minn. During World War II, 
he served in the Navy. He moved to Gresham in 1966. He was a carpenter 
and later worked in real estate. In 1940, he married Doris E. 

Survivors include his wife; daughter, Lori Meyer; sons, Dave and Brian; 
brother, Lloyd; sister, Virginia Anzelmo; six grandchildren; and two great-
grandchildren. 

Private service. Remembrances to the resident fund of Marquis Care at
