Pearl A. POBST Surrounded by family, the Lord called Pearl home on April 7, 2003 after a brief struggle with cancer. She was born 12/6/21 to Albin and Agnes Rudell in Minneapolis, MN where she lived until moving to Washington in the 1950's. She married David Pobst Nov. 1965, and had many great adventures until his death Dec. 2000. Pearl made a joyful life in Shoreline, Stanwood, and Lacey, and shared kindnesses with many. She was a member of Eastern Star and loved her church family. Friends and family will remember her crocheted gifts, constant letters, and brilliant memory of family events and fun occasions. She gave of her talents to Panorama City, her church, and to charities. Her spirit of giving and friendship will remain with us. She is survived by their daughter, Lorna and spouse, Michael Dykes; her two brothers Glenn & Allan, and their family in Minneapolis, and her many cousins: Mary & Eric Snelson and family of Olympia; the Blomberg family in CA and AZ, and the Horak and Elliott family in MN. She will be laid to rest at the Masonic Cemetery in Tumwater, WA. A Life Celebration and Memorial will be held at the Lacey Community Church, 4501 19th Ave S.E. at 2:30 p.m., Sunday April 13, 2003.
