Dorothy M. O'KELLEY
---
April 17, 1917 - April 15, 2003 Dorothy passed away peacefully in Bellevue just short of her 86th birthday. Born to Albert and Bernice Coble in Walnut Grove, Mo., she was raised in the nearby farming community of Phoenix. After high school she married Frank O'Kelley. The drought years and the depression of the 1930s sent them to the Northwest where they raised their family. Always a mom, she lived her life caring for her family, putting others needs ahead of her own. She loved her grandchildren with all her heart. She will be missed so much. Preceded in death by her husband Frank and daughter Betty, she leaves behind two sisters, Maxine Myers (Donal) and Linda Mallary (Ken); a son, Steven M. O'Kelley (Marie); a daughter, Patricia Ericson (Gary); and grandchildren Jason, Kristin, and Regina. Also many nieces, nephews, and cousins in the Midwest. A graveside memorial service was held on April 19th at Union Cemetery in Sedro Woolley, where she is at rest.
