Ostolaza, M.D. and Patricia Ostolaza of Mukilteo, and daughter-in-law Joan Ostolaza of Edmonds. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews, grandchildren and great grandchildren. A Memorial Service will be held in St. John's Mission Church, Mukilteo on Monday, June 11, 2001 at 1 p.m. No flowers, please. Donations to Seattle University or your favorite charity.
