Jane E. NEWBOLD

Jane E. Newbold of Covington died July 20, 2002 in Seattle. Jane
passed away peacefully with her family at her side after a brief but
courageous battle with ovarian cancer. She was 37. Born in St. Louis,
MO., Jane was the youngest daughter of George and Sue Eberle, with
sisters Leigh and Ann. Jane fell in love with and married her husband
Bill in 1990, and later gave birth to their "miracle baby" Andy Newbold
in 1998. Jane obtained a Bachelors degree in Landscape Architecture
from the University of Florida and then became a licensed Landscape
Architect in WA State, where she operated her own business. Known
affectionately as "Jane-o", to her close family and many friends, Jane
enjoyed hiking, traveling, camping and creative landscaping. Her main
pleasure was sharing the joy of her life with her 3-year-old son Andy
and her loving husband Bill. In her final days and hours, Jane was a
source of great courage and inspiration to her family and those around
her. A celebration of Jane's life will take place at a later date.
Remembrances in honor of Jane may be made to Washington
