| Jane E. NEWBOLD Jane E. Newbold of Covington died July 20, 2002 in Seattle. Jane passed away peacefully with her family at her side after a brief but courageous battle with ovarian cancer. She was 37. Born in St. Louis, MO., Jane was the youngest daughter of George and Sue Eberle, with sisters Leigh and Ann. Jane fell in love with and married her husband Bill in 1990, and later gave birth to their "miracle baby" Andy Newbold in 1998. Jane obtained a Bachelors degree in Landscape Architecture from the University of Florida and then became a licensed Landscape Architect in WA State, where she operated her own business. Known affectionately as "Jane-o", to her close family and many friends, Jane enjoyed hiking, traveling, camping and creative landscaping. Her main pleasure was sharing the joy of her life with her 3-year-old son Andy and her loving husband Bill. In her final days and hours, Jane was a source of great courage and inspiration to her family and those around her. A celebration of Jane's life will take place at a later date.
