Mimi R. Norton
A memorial service will be at 2 p.m. Friday, Dec. 1, 2000, in St. Bartholomew's Episcopal Church in Beaverton for Mimi R. Norton, who died Nov. 26 at age 99. Mrs. Norton was born July 30, 1901, in Prairie Home, Mo. Her maiden name was Lachner. She lived in California, Mo., and Kansas City, Mo., before moving to Hillsboro in 1958 and was a homemaker and a member of the church. In 1928, she married Waldo P. Norton; he died in 1985.
Survivors include her daughter, Betty Buchanan; two grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; and three great-great-grandchildren.
Private interment will be in Skyline Memorial Gardens. The family suggests remembrances to her church. Arrangements are by Skyline Funeral Home.
