A funeral Mass will be at 10:30 a.m. Friday, April 30, 2004, in All Saints Catholic Church in Portland for Jane McIntyre, who died April 27 at age 82. Recitation of the rosary will be at 7 p.m. Thursday, April 29, in Zeller Chapel of the Roses. Jane Mahady was born Feb. 18, 1922, in Latrobe, Pa. She graduated from Seton Hill College and received a law degree from the University of Pennsylvania. An attorney, she was chief of litigation for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers in Washington D.C. before moving to Portland in 1988. In 1954, she married Carl M.; he died in 1995.
Survivors include her son, Jim; stepdaughters, Karla Kauzlarich and Sharon Ramick; nine grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.
