Allene Jesselyn Martin
Allene Jesselyn Martin died July 12, 2005, of a stroke at age 88. Allene Millar was born Dec. 17, 1916, in St. Louis. A homemaker, she lived in Los Angeles, Portland and Seattle, returning in 1995 to Portland. In 1937, she married Paul K.; he died in 1970.
Survivors include her daughters, Edith Philley and Diane Lowensohn; five grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
