Alberta I. Murray
Alberta I. Murray died March 6, 2003, at age 75.
Alberta I. Boyden was born May 19, 1927, in Los Angeles. She received a master's degree from California State University, Dominguez Hills. She was a special education teacher for the Compton Unified School District in California, and moved to Portland in the mid-1990s. In 1950, she married John; he died in 1990.
Survivors include her sons, Gregory and John; daughters, Deborah and Cheryl; brother, John Boyden; sister, Mavis Hofstetter; and six grandchildren.
