John Arthur Morris
A memorial service will be at 2 p.m. Saturday, March 2, 2002, in King of Kings Lutheran Church for John Arthur Morris, who died Feb. 25 at age 77.
Mr. Morris was born Jan. 27, 1925, in Bisbee, Ariz. He served in the Navy during World War II and was a machinist for Peco Industries for 20 years. He moved in 1968 to Portland. In 1948, he married Alicia Blackburn; she died in 1981.
Survivors include his sons, Dick and Steve; daughter, Debbie Shultz; six grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.
