MORRISON, Mary Louise (Inners)

entered into rest April 2, 2007 surrounded by loving
family members after a brief illness. Mary Lou was
born in York, PA September 16, 1918, the second of
three daughters born to Harvey L. and Emma Kate
Houdeshell. She attended school in York, PA and
married Jack Leroy Inners in 1938. They moved their
family to Spokane, WA in 1948. This union produced
five children: Dixie Lee (Tom) McCarthy, Lonnie Gene
Inners, Jacquelyn A. (Caroll) Smith, Donna Jean
(Gregory) Fuller, and Kathy Sue Kingston. After being
widowed March 8, 1960, she married William P. Morrison
February 14, 1963. They were together until Bill's
passing in February 1993. Mary Lou attended
Kelsey-Baird Secretarial School and was employed by
The Crescent until her retirement. She was a member of
the Franklin Park Ward of The Church of Jesus Christ
of Latter-day Saints. Mary Lou moved into the Academy
Retirement Community in April 2006. She suffered a
fall January 2, 2007 and passed away at the Avalon
Care Center April 2, 2007. She is survived by her
children, 26 grandchildren, 51 great-grandchildren,
sister Henner Chronister in York, PA, and numerous
nieces, nephews and cousins. Visitation will be from
8-8:00 PM Wednesday, April 4 and Thursday, April 5 at
RIPLINGER FUNERAL HOME, 4305 N. DIVISION, SPOKANE, WA.
Funeral service will be 11:00 AM Friday, April 6, 2007
at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints,
2112 W. Francis Ave., Spokane, WA with interment
following the service at Greenwood Memorial Terrace.
