Joseph Loftgren A memorial service will be at 10:30 a.m. Saturday, Jan. 19, 2008, in St. Paul Lutheran Church in Sherwood for Joseph Loftgren, who died Jan. 15 at age 86. Joseph Loftgren was born May 24, 1921, in Philadelphia. He served in the Navy and was an aeronautical engineer. He moved to Sherwood in 1991 and most recently lived in Newberg. He was a member and volunteer of the church. He married Maria Fosso; they divorced. In 1992, he married Arllys Hernett; she died in 2006. Survivors include his daughter, Patricia Wieczorek; son, Joseph; and three grandchildren. Remembrances to his church. Arrangements by Attrell's.
