Shirley (Furness) LONG Born October 9, 1922 in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania, peacefully passed away June 26, 2005. She is survived by her children Susan Friend (Cliff), Jackie Syvertsen, Deborah Lien (Allen), Calvin H. Long, seven grandchildren and five great grandchildren. Preceded in death by her husband Hulen L. Long, daughter Kathleen E. Krahn, and brothers Ward and Jack Furness. She loved being a Mom, an avid golfer, captain of Jackson Park and Kayak Point Golf Clubs. She was blessed with best friends Minnie and Peaches and many great friends throughout the years.
