| Opal Lampshire Opal L. Lampshire, resident of Puyallup, passed away in Tacoma on April 19, 2000 at the age of 86 years. She was born to Daisy (Mullins) and Thomas Barks in Silva, Missouri on August 18, 1913 and moved to Puyallup in 1938. She was a homemaker and a 45 year member of the United Methodist Church of Puyallup. She was preceded in death by two grandsons and her husband Raymond Lampshire. She is survived by two daughters, Merle and her husband Sid Mickelson of Edgewood, and Carol and her husband Dwayne Proff of Tillamook, Oregon; one son, Gary Lampshire of Menlo Park, California; eight grandchildren, six great-grandchildren and one great-great-granddaughter. Viewing will be held on Monday, April 24th from 12:00 Noon to 8:00 PM at Hill Funeral Home in Puyallup. Graveside services will be held on Tuesday, April 25th at 2:00 PM at Woodbine Cemetery in Puyallup. Memorial services will be held at 3:00 PM, also on Tuesday, at the United Methodist Church in Puyallup. Remembrance donations are suggested to the United Methodist Church, 1919 Pioneer Ave. W., Puyallup, WA 98371.
