Catherine Mary Liberator
A funeral Mass will be at 10 a.m. Friday, Dec. 8, 2000, in St. Therese Catholic Church for Catherine Mary Liberator, who died Dec. 5 at age 75. Mrs. Liberator was born Jan. 22, 1925, in Filbert, Pa. Her maiden name was Smyth. She moved to Portland in 1963, and was a homemaker and a member of the church. In 1949, she married Thomas H. Liberator.
Survivors include her husband; sons, Gene, Tom D. and Jim; daughter, Diane Winterfeld; six grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
Private interment will be in Gethsemani Catholic Cemetery. The family suggests remembrances to the Casey Eye Institute. Arrangements are by Zeller Chapel of the Roses.
