Bette Lou Kendrick Bette Lou Kendrick died May 4, 2008, at age 84. Bette Lou Blakesley was born Feb. 5, 1924, in Grass Creek, Wyo. She was a secretary in Phoenix, Ariz., before moving to Lake Oswego in 2004. In 1950, she married Phil Kendrick; he died in 2003. Survivors include her daughters, Nina Dodd, Pat Chase, Beki Katzman and Michelle Flory; four grandchildren; and one great-grandchild. Remembrances to Providence St. Vincent Hospice.
