Frank Joseph Kerp III died Feb. 16, 2004, of cancer at age 46.
Mr. Kerp was born March 27, 1957, in Philadelphia. He lived in Diamond Lake and was general contractor for Starcraft Enterprises the last four years he lived in Portland.
Survivors include his daughter, Kelli; sons, Frank IV and Jacob; mother, Mildred Scott; sister, Nancy Brand; brothers, Charles Sullivan and James Kerp; and one grandchild.
