| George "Max" Kendall, 91, passed away March 18, 2003 in Snohomish, WA. |
| He was born October 31, 1911 in Marienville, PA. He and his wife Mary Evelyn Hotaling Kendall spent nearly 50 years of their married life in Long Beach, CA before moving to Lake Stevens in 1991. Mary preceded Max in death June, 2001. |
| He is survived by his two children, Forrest L. Kendall (Carol) of Lovettsville, VA and his twin sister, Fern Kendall Soderstrom (Staff) of Lake Stevens, WA. |
| Max was also the beloved grandfather to six wonderful grandchildren, Erik and Alex Soderstrom, Gordon, Gregory and Genny Kendall, and Wendy Kendall Taylor. |
| The family would like to thank the wonderful staffs of both Hearthside of Snohomish and Merry Haven Care Center for their loving support and for the great care Max received as a resident in both facilities. |
| Memorials may be made to the American Heart Association or to the Puget Sound Chapter of the Alzheimer's Association. |
| A memorial service celebrating the lives of both Max and Mary Kendall will be held at a later time. |
