| Robert R. Kaminski Robert R. Kaminski passed away on October 15, 1999, after a year long battle with cancer. He leaves as his survivors his wife of 34 years, Joan; two sons, John Richard and Glen Michael; two grandchildren, Jayeson and Callie Ann; one brother, Stan, and two sisters, Isabel and Adele. Bob was born August 31, 1932, in Vandergrift, PA, and entered the Navy from 1951 through 1955. He graduated with a degree in Engineering from the Milwaukee School of Engineering in 1960. In 1961, he joined The Boeing Company working in several aerospace programs where he retired as a Logistics Manager in 1991. Bob did some of his most personally fulfilling work during the last 18 years of his life in leadership of local Puyallup, Sumner, and Orting prayer groups and authoring the book, "Lying Wonders" in 1996. He was a member of All Saints Catholic Church and his ministry also included work with Tacoma street people on Friday evenings and with the Fountain in the Valley Ministries of Algona. He was a wonderful husband, father, and grandfather as well as a mentor and counselor to the many people he encountered. A funeral service will be held at All Saints Catholic Church in Puyallup on Friday, Oct. 22, 1999 at 9:30 a.m. In lieu of flowers a donation to the American Cancer Society is suggested.
