Emma June Kenworthy
A memorial service will be at 10:30 a.m. Saturday, July 20, 2002, in Asbury United Methodist Church in Hood River for Emma June Kenworthy, who died July 11 at age 73.
Emma June Dinkeldein was born Feb. 17, 1929, in Meadville, Pa. She graduated from Vennard College in Iowa and Cascade College. She was a teacher in Indiana, Alaska and Portland, where she taught at Boise Elementary School. She was also a material planner for PacifiCorp. In 1960, she married Melvin.
Survivors include her husband; brother, John Dinkeldein; and sisters, Merry Jo Cole, Martha Baker and Cecilia Dinkeldein.
