Marion C. Koeber
Marion C. Koeber died Aug. 16, 2000, at age 85. No service will be held. Ms. Koeber was born Oct. 16, 1914, in Philadelphia. Her maiden name was Ritter. She moved to Beaverton in 1953. She was an executive secretary for Willamette Industries until retiring in 1978. She later moved to Pacific City. In 1936, she married Frank Penater; they divorced in 1948. In 1953, she married Ivan Koeber; he died in the late 1970s.
Survivors include her sons, Don Penater and Bob Penater; four grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren. Her daughter, Marion Howell, died in 1986.
Disposition was by cremation. Arrangements were by Pacific View Memorial Chapel in Lincoln City.
