Phillip Lee Jacoby
Phillip Lee Jacoby died Jan. 8, 2006, at age 44.
Mr. Jacoby was born Sept. 26, 1961, in Kansas City, Mo. He graduated from the University of Missouri-Columbia and was a manager for Consolidated Freightways. He had lived in Vancouver since about 2001. In 1988, he married Carol.
Survivors include his wife; parents, Bill and Mary; brother, John; and sister, Susan Woltman.
