A funeral will be at 1 p.m. Friday, May 30, 2003, in Grace Presbyterian Church in Portland for Dorothy E. Harris, who died May 20 at age 91.
Dorothy Carlson was born Aug. 22, 1911, in McKeesport, Pa. She moved to Portland in 1940. She was a looper for Jantzen Knitting Mills, where she worked for 27 years. In 1932, she married Bert C.; he died in 1980.
Survivors include her daughters, Joyce Harris and Beverly Bruno; six grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren. Her daughter Dorothy Donovan died in 2001.
