Gerald E. Halbeisen Gerald E. Halbeisen, 86, died Nov. 29, 2007 in Puyallup. He was born May 17, 1921 in Phoenix, AZ. He is survived by his wife of 65 years, Yvonne, of Tacoma, son Gary Del (Colleen Marie) Halbeisen of Bel Air, MD, daughter Barbara Lynn (Robert Ellis) Skaggs of Puyallup, 7 grandchildren: Janelle Drotos, Christopher Michael Halbeisen, Kimberly Marie Skaggs, Kevin Earl Skaggs, Michelle Lynn McWhirter, Bradley Marsh Halbeisen, and Matthew Bryan Halbeisen, and 6 great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents, brother Lynn Edward Halbeisen, and sister Vivian Adele Smith. Funeral service is Tues., Dec. 4, 2007 at 10:30AM, with viewing from 9AM at Powers Funeral Home, Puyallup, 253-845-0536. Interment will be at Tahoma National Cemetery.
