Florencella Griggs
A memorial service will be Friday, March 25, 2005, in St. Louis, Mo., for Florencella Griggs, who died March 19 at age 85. Florencella Smith was born Aug. 6, 1919, in St. Louis. She was a licensed practical nurse in St. Louis before moving to Portland in 1984. In 1959, she married Albert P.; he died in 1984.
Survivors include her daughters, Flo L. Trotter, Mary E. Harris, Sheila Hester and Annie Bibbs; sons, Andre Bibbs and Jerome O. Bibbs; 23 grandchildren; great-grandchildren; and three great-great-grandchildren.
