| A memorial service will be at 2 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 22, 2003, in Calvin Presbyterian Church in Tigard for Harry M. Gruver, who died Nov. 14 at age 90. |
| Mr. Gruver was born Sept. 28, 1913, in Brockway, Pa. During World War II, he served in the Marine Corps in the Pacific. He received bachelor's and master's degrees from Duquesne University and moved in 1965 to Klamath Falls and in 1968 to Beaverton. He was a high school music teacher in Klamath Falls and Banks. In 1942, he married Lois Jane Speed. |
| Survivors include his wife; daughters, Jacqueline Willingham and Gretchen Hull; son, Paul; four grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren. |
