Richard L. Force

Richard L. Force died April 27, 2003, at age 96.
Mr. Force was born Aug. 23, 1906, in Philadelphia. A draftsman for Beaumont Birch Co., he received his mechanical engineering degree from Drexal Institute in Philadelphia. He moved to Portland in 1999. In 1933, he married Anna Waldman; she died in 1986.
Survivors include his daughter, Lois A. Kosmalski; son, Richard L. Jr.; nine grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
Service held. Remembrances to Mt. Hood Hospice. Arrangements by Carnesale Funeral Home.
