HAROLD E. FOX

Harold was born in Lathrop, Missouri, February 27, 1915, to Ada and
Bessie Fox. He entered into eternal life with his beloved Lord
September 9, 1999. After his discharge from the Army Air Corp, he
married his wife, Dawn, in Tacoma in 1940. He retired from Pacific
N.W. Bell Telephone Company after 40 years. He was an active
member of Jovita Baptist Church and had a true love for the Lord. He
was a resident of Puyallup many years and Federal Way for 19 years.
He especially loved farming, was skilled in woodworking, enjoyed
piloting his own plane in younger years and had a love for music and
jigsaw puzzles. The lives of people who knew Harold have been
touched by his warm, friendly, generous and compassionate personality
and his willingness to help anyone in need at any time. Preceded in
death by his parents and an infant twin son, Harold is survived by his
loving family, his wife of 59 years, Dawn; sons Daniel (Marie) of
Spanaway and Darwin of Federal Way; daughters Karla (Bob) Goral
of Connecticut and Melodie Fox of Spanaway; brother Delbert (Lizzie)
of Tennessee and sister Harriet Cox of Iowa; 5 grandchildren, Tammy
and Chris Fox of Spanaway and Krista, Bryan and Marnie Goral of
Connecticut; 3 great grandchildren, nephews, nieces, numerous cousins
and a host of wonderful friends. Our special thanks to all the dear
doctors, nurses, in-home caretakers and all the concerned and helpful
friends and pastors for their visits, cards and acts of kindness during
Harolds's illness. Funeral service will be Friday, September 17, 1999,
