Neva Evans Neva Evans, 78, died April 23, 2000. She was born in Kansas City, Missouri and had been a 60 year Tacoma resident. Neva had been a bartender for over 25 years in the Pierce County area. Survivors include her daughters, Carla St. Ours, of Burley, Janet Gort of Tacoma; Judy Legg, of Springfield, VA; son, James Evans of Tacoma; 11 grandchildren, and 15 great grandchildren. Visitation will be Thursday between 9 and 5 at the Lynn Funeral Home; Services will be held Friday at 1:00 p.m. at the Lynn Funeral Home.
