Frances "Franny" ELDER Born March 19, 1927 in Flagstaff, AZ.; passed away August 3, 2000 in Seattle. Survived by her sons, Larry (Colleen) DeGraff, Gary DeGraff, Stanley Leise, brother, Paul Sparks, sister, Gertrude (Susie) McMahon, sister-in-law, Eloise McMahon, four grandchildren, three great grandchildren, and special friend, Ken Rusk. Franny was a long time Bothell resident, active church member and local Businesswoman. Graveside Service August 7, 2000 at 10:15 a.m. Floral Hills Cemetery, Lynnwood.
