Robert Lynn "Bob" DOWNING
Born March 15,1948 and died March 21,2003. He was preceded in death by his parents Vic and Elva Downing. He is survived by his sisters, Sue Parmenter, Dixie Downing, Debbie Fukishima, and brother Russ Downing, also brothers-in-law Tom Parmenter,and Glenn Fukishima, plus many nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews. Bob moved with his family from Kansas City, MO in 1952 to Bellevue, where he graduated from Newport High School in 1966. He was a career sales person, primarily in advertising. His passion for golf led him to sunnier skies in Eastern Washington, settling in Prosser where he made many good friends. Services will be held at 1pm Saturday March 29th at Smith Funeral Home, 528 S. 8th St, Sunnyside WA. 98944. Any remembrances may be sent to The American Cancer Society.
