Elean K. Dixon
A graveside service will be at 2 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 16, 2000, in Evergreen Memorial Park in McMinnville for Elean K. Dixon, who died Sept. 13 at age 78. Mrs. Dixon was born June 5, 1922, in Galena, Mo. Her maiden name was Clevenger. A homemaker, she had lived in Oregon since 1937 and in Portland for the past 20 years. She had been a resident of Amity, Wheatland, Grand Island, Port Orford and Newberg. In 1939, she married Howard "Tom" Dixon; he died in 1978.
Survivors include her sons, Lewis, Richard and Tom; daughter, Barbara Danbom; 10 grandchildren; and 16 great-grandchildren.
The family suggests remembrances to the American Heart Association, Oregon chapter. Arrangements are by Macy & Son Funeral Directors.
