Ruth M. Dailey
A memorial service will be at 3:30 p.m. Wednesday, May 16, 2001, in Providence House, 5921 E. Burnside St., for Ruth M. Dailey, who died April 20 at age 74. Mrs. Dailey was born Ruth M. Boosinger on March 17, 1927, in Patterson, Mo. She moved to Portland in 1950 and was a sales clerk and cashier for several businesses, including for the Hollywood Fred Meyer until about 1985. In the late 1970s, she married Ray Dailey; he died in about 1983.
Survivors include her daughters, Sharon R. Barta and Kathlyn A. McCarthy; sister, Josephine Loenig; six grandchildren; and four great- grandchildren.
