Jeffrey Linn Carter Jeff Carter, 51, born in Victorville, California, passed away January 28, 2008, at his home in Marysville, WA. Jeff is survived by his six loving children, Brianne, Melissa, Jessica, Ted, Sam, and Ben. He had four grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his mother. Jeff worked at Kimberly Clark paper mill in Everett, he lived for his family and the open road. A memorial service will be held at 3 p.m., February 9, 2008, at the Knights of Columbus hall located at 2913 Marine View Drive in Everett. Jeff has requested dress attire to be Harley Davidson t-shirts and jeans. In lieu of flowers, condolenscenes may be sent to the Mill Town credit union on Marine View Drive where an account has been set up to benefit his children.
